- individual careers guidance for students in Year 9 and above.
- access to up to date careers information.
- a comprehensive careers programme from Year 7 onwards.
- links with local employers.

Nikki Lightfoot - Assistant Head and Careers Lead
Nikki oversees the careers programme and ensures that there is a clear link between careers delivery and strategic planning supported by senior management.
Vicki Banks - CEIAG and Work Experience Co-ordinator
Vicki ensures that there is a varied careers programme in place and liaises with local employers and providers. She is a fully qualified careers adviser and undertakes one to one guidance interviews.
Julie Jones – Enterprise Coordinator - Liverpool City Region Careers Hub.
Julie works with the Careers Team in school to provide support and advice to help the school achieve and strengthen the Gatsby Benchmarks.
Francesca Manca - Enterprise Adviser -
Francesca is the Director of Underwing. She is a strategist and coach helping businesses achieve growth through bespoke plans created around their lives and needs. Francesca specialises in female founders and neurodivergent entrepreneurs, and as an Enterprise Adviser I help the schools I am assigned to give their students a broader vision of the world of work, and hopefully think outside of the box when it comes to careers.
